MINUTES OF MEETING HELD UNDER THE BANNER OF HPCD 3552 , RELATED TO GUIDELINES FOR MINISTRIES/DEPARTMENTS UNDER SUO MOTU DISCLOSURE OF MORE AND MORE ITEMS REQUIRED UNDER SECTION 4

It was an occasion today on 31-10-2026 right from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm when attended the meeting of online RTI event under the banner of HPCD, 3552 Bilaspur Himachal pradesh which was attended by Shri Sanjay Shukla from the Bihar working as key member of the welfare organisations under provision of task force maintained by the Government of India since May, 2011 , which includes representatives of the civil societies, active in the field of Right to Information, for strengthening compliance with provisions for suo motu or proactive disclosure as given in section 4 of the RTI Act, 2005 and based on the report of the task force and the Government have decided to have suo motu disclosure of more and more items under Section 4.Shri Uttam Chand Vashishth a task force coordinator from the Chamba zone and Shri Pyar Muhammed Finance secretary of the state welfare association and Shri Surender Bardwaj from Bilaspur zone and Shri SP Bhardwaj from Chamba along with other new era entrants remained present on the occasion for discussion on the subject of preparing future programmes of the encouraging public authorities to participate in the development and organisation of programmes and promote timely and effective dissemination of accurate information , as facing incomplete and misleading informations and it is necessary to follow remedies available in the RTI Law of open government working for the welfare of society and circle, however the appropriate government taking no cognisance required for the update of records and publish the guidelines at regular intervals and general public facing problems under the circumstances when the state government working without a single SIC and the SCIC, since long :-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number, 9459334377
