The Supreme court has favoured court summons through SMS ,WhatsApp and the email in contrast to the present system of physical delivery and sought response from the High courts on adopting such digital programming for which the High courts must also be directed to formulate a scheme for online mediation of pending cases at the trial/appeal / revision so that pending cases could be effectively disposed of.The said programs of the digital platforms suggested by the Supreme court of India may act as a guide to be adopted by the CIC as well as the SICs .The demand under public utilities raised by the National compaign committee working for the welfare of RTI promotion and wellness drive continued since corona virus and the lock down period so continued as per the schedule under instructions issued by the government of India as well as the state governments must identify the technical vision and plateform in this behalf of the timely response and required action for the early disposal of cases pending with the commissions for orders and the required compliance with in the prescription of schedule under instructions issued by the study of protocol mentioned in the RTI act publications
ALL THE MEETINGS WERE SUCCESSFULLY FURNISHED BY THE CLASS OF GROUPS WORKING FOR THE WELFARE OF SOCIETY AND CIRCLE IN IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DIGITAL PROGRAMMING REQUIRED FOR THE RTI WORKSHOP AND TRAINING OF NEW ENTRANTS
It is a matter of fact and concern that all the RTI class of groups working for the welfare of society and circle and using online plateform now a days due to covid-19 pandemic for the workshop training and techniques for the welfare of new entrants joining the discussion and meetings for RTI promotion and awareness have attained maximum skill and knowledge as well as experience in the field of study made by their level during the course of held online programming . Almost hundered number of the Activists were present in the meetings of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Rajsthan and the Madhya Pradesh organisations programming held and observed by the key members former CIC Shri Sailesh Gandhi ji, SIC Shri Rahul Singh ji and Shri Sanjay Kumar Shukla ji and some other senior members of the class of groups working for the welfare of society and circle who replied the questions of the Activists.The meetings of all the groups remained successful and all the members determined to work for the agenda of transpancy in the administration and removal of corruption from the society and circle.The key members as well as the senior members of the class of groups assured to help the objective of the RTI promotion and wellness drive continued for the good governance and accountability in the administration for which every citizen of society and circle is responsible to protect the fundamental rights of constitution so issued by the Parliament of India in favor of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the government under review and re-examine allowed so by the article 19 (1) a to every citizen of country but it is regretted to point the number of people working on the captioned subject matter deliberation noticed by the study of protocol mentioned in the reports of the various agencies with the observation that only one percent of the people have used and exercised their right of empowerment delivered by the constitution of India in this behalf since 2005
HARD WORK IS THE TRUE AND REWARDING ACHIEVEMENT
It is a rewarding experience to reflect on the hard work and the achievements by way of the Avenues and opportunities making efforts to convene RTI digital programming and schedule for training and techniques by way of more and more workshops and events as well as exposure at the bigger plateforms as attaining the membership of new era entrants joining the discussion and meetings with the right skills and attitudes towards the success. The motive of the online RTI training and workshop is to develop the capabilities for creative imagination as well as the active engagement in the routine working of fundamental research and principles of the confidence in perfection and excellence with collaborative efforts.As such all the RTI activists and the class of groups working for the welfare of society and circle have decided to continue this online digital programming of the workshop and training to entrants joining the discussion and meetings till the Corona virus is affecting adverse and it is necessary to follow the instructions of the GOI and the state governments to fight against Corona by way of Social distancing and hygeine security as well as restricted mass gathering to join with the open seminars in such activities of the RTI promotion and wellness drive movement continued in this behalf by the class of groups working for the welfare of society and circle to remove corruption from the society and circle and also to bring transparency in the administration and work for the agenda of charter of public accountability
