THE SUGGESTION MADE BY SC SHOULD ALSO BE FOLLOWED BY THE SICs AND THE CIC

The Supreme court has favoured court summons through SMS ,WhatsApp and the email in contrast to the present system of physical delivery and sought response from the High courts on adopting such digital programming for which the High courts must also be directed to formulate a scheme for online mediation of pending cases at the trial/appeal / revision so that pending cases could be effectively disposed of.The said programs of the digital platforms suggested by the Supreme court of India may act as a guide to be adopted by the CIC as well as the SICs .The demand under public utilities raised by the National compaign committee working for the welfare of RTI promotion and wellness drive continued since corona virus and the lock down period so continued as per the schedule under instructions issued by the government of India as well as the state governments must identify the technical vision and plateform in this behalf of the timely response and required action for the early disposal of cases pending with the commissions for orders and the required compliance with in the prescription of schedule under instructions issued by the study of protocol mentioned in the RTI act publications
