REGARDING CONFRONTATION WITH NEPAL:-- In the present condition and circumstances of the relationship between India and the Pakistan as well as the China the Nepal has also started non cooperation movement with the India which is wrong under the past understanding of both countries especially in the field of appointment in the military . The decision of relationship definitely accorded in this behalf of the welfare of Gorkha rifles since 1947 for which necessary review is required necessitated necessity of the situation and position as the Nepal is playing in the hands of the China .In addition to the military the Gorkhaland people have also been appointed in the boarder areas of HP for regular service in the departments of PWD since the very long and they have been equally entitled for the monetary benefits notified by the state government hence it has become necessary to re-examine the future course of action required for the necessary employment opportunities to Gorkha land people residing in the India to get their rights and benefits continued since 1947 onwards till date of confrontation noticed by the GOI and reported by the study of impact assessment realised by the boarder states.

A NEW ERA OF POLITICAL ALIGNMENT BY THE NEPAL:--The neighbouring country Nepal is feeling unhappy with the Indian neighborhood as the road constructed along Utrakhand upto Lipu pass has not been liked and preferred by the China . The 300 KM boundary lines have been looked after with the coverage by providing cameras at required intervals to verify the Indian boundary lines up to 10 Km of the strategic planning for which the China has been helping to the Nepalis to go ahead with the provision and mission boundary lines with installation of the required check posts to be construed at the suitable intervals along with the boundary lines up to the Gadda Chouki and Kala Pani . The China is continuously inspiring and instigating the Nepal however the Nepalis were silent on the issue of said road construction movements by the Indian government but now the Nepal government has started to work against the Indian interests and openly started to work for the interests of the China for which the Indian government must have a suitable foreign policy as the said boundary lines are years marked in this behalf of the welfare for human service and use for the emergency tracking for which there is no necessity of any boundary lines or installing cameras with the provision of security service required by the check posts at suitable intervals along the boundary lines.
