REGARDING CONFRONTATION WITH NEPAL:-- In the present condition and circumstances of the relationship between India and the Pakistan as well as the China the Nepal has also started non cooperation movement with the India which is wrong under the past understanding of both countries especially in the field of appointment in the military . The decision of relationship definitely accorded in this behalf of the welfare of Gorkha rifles since 1947 for which necessary review is required necessitated necessity of the situation and position as the Nepal is playing in the hands of the China .In addition to the military the Gorkhaland people have also been appointed in the boarder areas of HP for regular service in the departments of PWD since the very long and they have been equally entitled for the monetary benefits notified by the state government hence it has become necessary to re-examine the future course of action required for the necessary employment opportunities to Gorkha land people residing in the India to get their rights and benefits continued since 1947 onwards till date of confrontation noticed by the GOI and reported by the study of impact assessment realised by the boarder states.
