WHERE THERE EXISTS ANY OPTION FOR THE REQUIRED BENEFITS IN FAVOUR OF THE CITIZENS/ EMPLOYEES THERE IS NO BAR :-- The fundamental rights issued to the citizens of this country are used and exercised as per the option of the concerned and eligibility criteria mentioned in the law and rules In accordingly the RTI has been declared as the fundamental right of the citizens but it is the preference and option of the concerned to follow and use and exercise the right and benefits of the empowerment delivered for the agenda of governance however it is the preference of the concerned to follow the instructions and guidelines issued for the provision made however in the case of vote to elect the government if people want to byecot the voting schedule they have right to prefer nota by virtue of which they have exercised their power to elect the government and the candidate as such the number of nota may also effect the results of the elections so it is up to the citizens to opt for the system issued for the welfare of society and circle and also to bring transparency in the administration and work for the agenda of the government as per their preference and choice / option required to be used and exercised at the place where the provision made by the government and there is no reason and logic to unnecessary compel any one to work and conduct against the interest of beneficiaries as such the interest of no one could be retrospective ly operated by reason of the retrospective operation of the rules as the constitution has been empowered to initiate the necessary suo moto cognizance in this behalf of the determination to ensure equitable relief measures up to the possible extent required to be maintained and protected by the study of protocol mentioned as in the law code and monitored with the provision made and guaranteed for the welfare of society and circle to recover the losses occured due to unusual practices of the management and administration for which penal action against the defaulters PIO and other concerned has been suggested how ever if higher authority don't verify the facts finding reports the matter may be brought to the notice of the High courts is also a provision under the law and the disciplinary action has also been suggested in addition to the penalty proposed for which the annual reporting of the all SIC and the CIC is proof however required action is supposed to be initiated by the activists working for the agenda of attached application processed before the PIO , FAA and the SIC or CIC in this behalf of the redressal of grievances.
It is necessary to claim and represent for the scheme of allowed benefits as the grant of promotion to citizen so proposed for the categorical implementation
It is very clear from the vision of the status symbol of the schedule by schematic provision and promotion of the allowed benefits granted by way of the fundamental rights to citizens of this country in this behalf for redressal of their grievances by and virtue of which the government may not held responsible for the non release of any such potential and the due grant of allowed benefits if not demanded by the right holders since the introduction and commencement of the related scheme and the provision made by the study and system of the Public authorities working for the implementation of the function and duty required to be verified and accepted as per the instructions of the decision and conclusion made for exercise and open to demand under public utilities as facing the problem of the necessary demand under the utility as well as the amenities issued to the all however granted as per the claims and provision sets as per the regulatory regime put before the Public authority for due benefits of the said scheme which has been declared as the fundamental right of the every categorical variable as satisfied with the old system of the trial and vision continued in this behalf of the working in the field of competence and for which no one could be blamed for the opportunity as remained unproductive as not demanding and claiming the benefits proposed by the government in this behalf.
Described equal rights and duties to all sections of the society is the fundamental right of the citizens however deleted and ignored by the political parties
The demands raised by the all sections of the society must have a appropriate look under the guidelines of the constitution of the country and before the implementation of all said orders of the government the objection if any from any side of the public should also be considered and verified by the decisive authority as such now a days the political parties are taking no suo motu cognizance of the fundamental rights of the general public and announcing the benefits of the particular sections of the society without taking in to consideration of the losses to the others working in the same society and the circle and for which the political parties are bound to follow the necessitated necessity of the equal duty of every citizen of the country and every aspect and prospect of the constitutional provision delivered with the equal benefit to all sections of the society have no follow up action at the level of the government however the constitution of the lndia is not allowing such disparity as the political parties are playing a vital role without taking in to the consideration the losses for others which is wrong and unjustified under the law and the rules as such the constitution of the India is allowing equal rights and benefits to all sections of the society and the circle with equal responsibility and the duty to serve the nation but it is regretted for the disparity at government level for which the political parties are only responsible to follow right of the equality to every section of the society and the people are not satisfied but the voice of the other sections of the society have been depressed even the courts have also taken no consideration of the fundamental rights of the equality assured and granted by the constitution of the India in semblance to the position of the others in the society.
