REVIEW AND REVISION OF CITIZENSHIP IS A PROCESS AND PROCEDURE OF COMPLIANCE UNDER THE DEMOCRATIC REFORMS FOR THE PROVISION MADE BY (SIR) HENCE ESSENTIAL FOR DATA COVERAGE

OFFICE STAFF WORKING FOR REGISTRATION OF THE SECOND APPEALS IN (SIC) SHIMLA CONSIDERING IT AS GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE AND REJECTING THE APPEALS FOR WHICH MATTER BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF CIC ON 15-01-2024 AT 11-30 AM.

Principles of natural justice has been denied to the applicants, RTI activists and volunteers by way of rejecting their Appeals at the level of State information Commission Himachal Pradesh. The matter was brought to the notice of the respective CIC Himachal Pradesh on 15-1-2024 however the State information Commissioner asked the dealing hand to explain her position as per complaint given before the CIC on 15-1-2024 . The dealing hand accepted that Appeals are considered as general correspondence in some cases and are rejected for hearing which is not correct and genuine under law code manual prefixed by the RTI and the RTS act adjudication. Format of Appeal under the provision made could not be denied for acceptance under the provision of the act ibid for which the office and authorities are responsible to streamline the system created for the welfare of citizens of country however the findings given by the FAA must be attached with the Second appeal before the Commission and there is no reason to deny the appeals made by the applicants for wrong interpretation of law, incomplete information, misleading information and the incorrect information. The argument given by the complainant (Er Fateh Chand Guleria) had been accepted by the Commission as well as the dealing hand concerned however the respective CIC did not accept any mistake on his behalf and directed the office staff to look into the matter and do the needful for which Assistant Registrar of the SIC was not available in the office and the CIC directed to wait for and sit out side the office for which no further comments were available from the office and it was only the way out to walk out from the further discussion. It was also brought to the notice of the CIC that people may agitate against such activities of the office and it is a harassment of the appellant one who is time and again filing the Appeals however office and authorities taking no cognisance of the required action under law even cases referred by the FAA to follow Second appeal before the Commission. The CIC has been requested to improve the system of registration of Appeals instead of considering the general correspondence instead of the Appeals and rejecting the format of Appeals instead of summoning the Public information officers and their reply on the captioned subject matter, failing which matter would be brought to the notice of the honourable Governor and the President of India as people facing undue torments because of the wrong deal of cases of Appeals and considering it general correspondence instead of the Second Appeals.

GOVERNMENT HAS DECIDED TO REGISTER UNORGANISED WORKERS THROUGH e-SHRUM PORTAL

e- shram portal launched by the government for the welfare of unorganised workers and other classes of the labour employment would have to register their biodata on the record of the government website at country level where in twelve figured number  e- shrum card would be issued to such unorganised workers of the society and circle for which their Aadhar number and bank account numbers are required to be furnished by the such workers of the class with the government. During the covid-19 pandemic the unorganised workers have returned back to their houses because of the government instructions and other problems of the employers for which the govt has now decided to get them register on the captioned subject matter deliberation noticed by the e- shrum portal so that they may also get their problems raised before the competent authority for redressal of the grievances

TENANTS MUST BE REGISTERED BY THE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION UNDER SECTION 188 OF THE IPC TO AVOID CONF

GRAM SABHA MAY HAVE SELECTION AND THE OBJECTION TO OBJECT ANY REGISTRATION IF INELIGIBLE

REQUIRED SURVEY BY THE GRAM PANCHAYAT TO INCLUDE ELIGIBLE.ADULTS IN THE HELD REGISTRATION OF NREGA:--The registration process of the GP must be carried out through the Gram Sabha and required to be maintained transparent and no outsiders and the enligible persons should be registered.In case wrong doings the people can complain to the higher authority.Subsequently the registration must be brought to the notice of the public domain.There is a provision of raising the objections and inclusion of the new era entrants interested in the field of duty described by the government to provide rural employment guarantee scheme for the welfare of society and circle. The final list must be put up for Public display at the level of GP and required to be updated after every three months duration.The people are eligible to make it authentic that the list provided by the study of impact assessment realised by the Sabha is not fictitious and it may be kept open in the GP and in the case of any ineligible name the matter could be brought to the notice of the higher authority for removal of wrong eligibility as well as the employment opportunity to such selection of the registration made

Registration of tenants and paying guests is the necessitated necessity of law and rules to get it accomplished with the local police authority

TENANTS MUST BE REGISTERED BY THE LANDLORDS:--It is  very essential to register  the tenants  in the  residential  areas and if the land lord don't  have  details of  the  tenants a case under section - 188 of the IPC could be registered  against the  defaulter so getting the  antecedents verified was inthe interet of both residents and the  law enforcement  agencies to deal with the  situation and the  problem  As such  the situation  is becoming  alarming  with the  influx of the  said occupants  and for which  the police  authority  is initiating the  cracking the  whip on people  running rented accommodation as well as the paying  guests to tackle  with the problem of the anti social  elements asthe possibility of the criminal  background  could not be  ruled out  in the  such cases where there is no verification of the  record and  for which the residents of the  concerned  area are required to comply with the  provisions of the law strictly and to process  the information to the  local  police authority so that emerging  hide out situation  may be  abided as per the  existing  orders of the  district  administration particularly  issued to  resolve this  problem  of the  ignorance of the  law and the rules.
