GOVERNMENT EMPOWERING THE CITIZENS TO BRING CORRUPTION ON THE NOTICE OF THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES, FOR ACTION UNDER LAW, WHERE THE RTI IS WORKING AS A WEAPON

On the issue of corruption there is a controversy among the SC on the captioned subject of NCERT book which has been prescribed for class VIII by the department of school education and the said text book contains offending corruption in the judiciary list by way and virtue of which it is observed by the judiciary that there is a deep conspiracy against the institution and the apex court and a bench of the honourable Supreme Court headed by the Chief Justice issued show cause notices to the NCERT Director and the Secretary of the department of school education asking them to explain so introducing the offending chapter and a complete blanket ban is imposed on any further publication, reprinting or the digital dissemination of the book titled exploring society. The bench observed the narrative contained in book chooses not to dwell into any of the transformative initiatives and measures pioneered by court, including towards streamlining the case of access to justice and the substantive contribution made by judiciary towards the preservation of democratic febric. This silence is particular egregious given the sheer volume of high ranking officials who have been censured by the court in the past for corrupt practices fraudulent activities and siphoning of public funds etc etc. The empowerment of the right to information and the charter of public accountability has also been issued to the citizens of our country since 2005 onwards and it is becoming a responsibility of the citizens of our country to take cognisance of the such instances appearing before the society and circle and it is right on the captioned subject that democracy is too held responsible for removal of corruption and access to information under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf but there is no mechanism for such remedial measures and people facing corruption in the day to day life and moving beyond the law of limitations , however there is no remedy for this evil and spoiling the coming generation:-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number 9459334377
