GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO WORK AS WATCHDOG AND FOLLOW CHECKS AND BALANCES OF THE SCHEDULE OF ANALYSIS AND TIME LINE

State Government and the planning department of the system maintained by the Government is responsible to prepare the list of existing strength of the government employees and the officers working as a measure of the supervising officers of the department and justification of this duty should have vision on the captioned subject matter deliberation required for the good governance and accountability, where it is necessary to have experiencing a decline in performance with checks and balances under analysis of the report and history sheet described for the appropriate vision of correct figures of the employment, keeping in view the contract works for which the contractors are maintaining their labour and supervision as well as justification of the work done as per specifications and design and scope of the history sheet of the project orientation. It is revealed that in the present circumstance the major works are done by the various companies where the employer is maintaining the employment generated for the proposed projects and schemes of the Government. Financial position and funds requirements are directly proportional to the cost of material and the employment, so it is necessary to consider the analysis of labour components and their payments for which the companies are appointing their supervisors and the Engineering staff as well as the office establishment. Keeping in view the above system of the contract employment , it is necessary to prepare justification of the departmental activities related to the supervision and the audit reports of the work done by the contractors and the companies taking cognisance of the escalation of labour and the material components.
