GOVERNMENT TAKING NO COGNISANCE OF THE FINDINGS ISSUED UNDER THE RTI ACT AND PEOPLE FACING DELAY AND DENIAL , QUOTED FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS

India is a democratic country working on the policy programmes under the provision made for good governance and accountability in this behalf of the trust and push towards the economic development infrastructure, growth strategy and the quality manufacturing innovation and research , for which vote bank politics by the political parties and vision of the people of country must have positive measures on the captioned subject of deliberations in the parliamentary democracy of country witnessed by the people taking review examination of the various aspects and prospects under right to information and the charter of public accountability, required for moving forward in the line of promotion and awareness drive movement under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf where in addition to the ruling party and the opposite front the civil societies and the other social activists are also expecting their welfare in the light of democracy for the people by the people and to the people, but it is regretted to point the ignorance of law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India and delay and dereliction of duty at every levels of the public authorities liable to maintain good governance and accountability in the transparency in administration but system of our democracy has been going on the track record of exploitation of the freedom of speech and expression, instead of legal course of positive steps for the accuracy and correctness in the administrative reforms, list by way and virtue of which, it is becoming difficult to protect the transparency and accountability, as delay and denial of information is becoming a routine management of the administration and there is no intervention of the higer and highest level of the initiatives for good governance and people are tortured by the administration where there is no review and revision of the pending cases lying pending before the public authorities and the other concerned responsible for maintaining trust of the public and society and the community living in the democracy of country and empowered for the access to information under law code manual in the equity of democracy for all and despite of the vote bank politics within the top level engagement, required for the decision making of public considerations, getting no initiative for the good governance and charter of public accountability, even number of requests and reminders before the public authorities and appropriate government:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
