GOVERNMENT OF INDIA IS RESPONSIBLE TO PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF HILLY STATE (HIMACHAL PRADESH) AND FOLLOW THE PROTEST OF PEOPLE UNDER THREAT BY THE REGULAR CLIMATE CHANGE, SO AFFECTING ADVERSE AND CREATING PROBLEMS TO THE COMMON MAN LIVING IN THE HILLY TERRAINS.
The people of the state of Himachal Pradesh are worried because of the discontinuation of the revenue deficit grant (RDG) following the 16th finance commission's recommendations. During the period of 2019 to 2025 , the state received nearly rupee 48000 crores in the RDG so issued under Article 275 of the Constitution and a grant it had been receiving continuously since 1952 . As such it was expected by the state government that nearly rupee 50,000 crores of the due revenue deficit grant would be released for the period of 2026to 2031 but it is regretted to point the non compliance by GOI, in this behalf of the ecological and strategic importance of the hill state, comparing it with the other states like Punjab Haryana and Delhi Rajasthan etc taking benefit of the river's watershed controlled by the state of Himachal Pradesh and facing various types of problems for this safeguard of the hilly terrains and life and liberty of the people living in this mountaneos land and forests area cover, required to be maintained by the state government in this behalf of the major projects and schemes for the hydropower electric generation, however the government of India taking no cognisance of the said contribution of the state of Himachal Pradesh towards the neighbouring states of Punjab and Haryana etc. People of hilly state already facing heavy rain damages and the disasters management relief for this protest demand to be heard and observed under the provision made by rehabilitation programme of the compensation required for extreme weather damage but still there is no complete clearance of the work for the social Security and service the Government of India has again created this disparity of the no revenue deficit grant to this hilly state of a debt ridden, environmental impact affected areas, facing climate change regularly in this behalf of the disaster relief funding for the maintenance of roads, Water supplies and the electrical power generation infrastructure involved for the safeguard of the catchment area's cover where necessary forests are also maintained with progressive measures, adapt to climate change the analysis based on the agreements to emerge as for this ability of the ground reality , demanding the real solution of money, required for the human -caused global warming:-Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI, Welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
