HIGHER POST AND (DESIGNATED GRADE) COULD NOT DENIED FOR THE PROMOTIONAL AVENUES IN THE EYES OF (R&P) RULES AND WILLING MADE FOR PRACTICE OF THE PROBATION AND RESTRUCTURE
