HIGHER POST AND (DESIGNATED GRADE) COULD NOT DENIED FOR THE PROMOTIONAL AVENUES IN THE EYES OF (R&P) RULES AND WILLING MADE FOR PRACTICE OF THE PROBATION AND RESTRUCTURE
The Right to information and the charter of public accountability as well as artificial intelligence working for the welfare of people of country, however it is very necessary to follow eligibility criterion of the said events and programmes of the government corridor and connectivity made for the the benefits of individuals and the society and circle, where care must be taken for this alternative of the choice and option given under the provision made for the welfare of society and aspiring to be able to start for the work, required to include in the good and bad over what the results may come for all positive and the negative aspects enforced by the powerful system of our democracy working for the people of society and taking cognisance of the moment of realising the facts related to the good governance and accountability and ignored by the law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India, in this behalf, where law of limitations prefixed by the law and rules totally deleted and dismissed without going into the provision made for the need of the human being living in the same room of society and community but taking no decision making on the advice of the Honourable Supreme Court and the Tribunals as well as Commissions for the timelines and enforcing the misleading information and the wrong assessment of cases, instead of doing needful in the positive steps required for the aspiring to be a benefit of the others too. Under such conditions of the wrong assessment and adverse affects of the allowed advantage and entitlements only delay and dereliction of duty is created for the suffering as a part of the service for the benefits of the opportunity given by the length of service on same grade and post which is objectionable under the provision of every roster and reservation where all are considered at par with each other and it is necessary to cross and pass the probation suggested by the department of personnel and training too ignored by the administrative department working for the alternative rescue operation of each individual in addition to the routine duty and promotion of the grade /post in general processed for the benefits of all concerned, however it is necessary to claim the eligibility and promotional avenues for oneself and also for the others, but if it is deleted and ignored in the discharge of duty as Head of Department for one person it could never be allowed for any other in the future recommendations and the affirmations in favor of others living in the same room of department and taking benefits of the all such trials and rights for the adopting and restructuring of such benefits making perfect this position of the cadre /grade /post at higher/highest levels of the promotional placement and avenues discharged by the advisory departments, for those where appearing in the R&P rules and claimed by the individual in the given schedule of the designated post for the compliance instead of penalties for overruling the second channels of promotion for the deep long prevailed stagnation of post/grade working at higher /highest levels of the recruitment and promotion rules, definitely it is necessary to follow the self-protection of the recruitment and promotion rules and demand for the alternative measures, if any existing in the system of principal department, being administrative department of the space and time to hold the designated post for the appointment instead of compulsory retirement:-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number 9459334377
