POLITICAL PARTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW PARTICIPATION OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH RTI AND THE RTS AND MAINTAIN VISION OF ACCURACY AND CORRECTNESS REQUIRED FOR THE TRUE DEMOCRACY IN SOCIAL WISDOM AND MORAL

Political leaders are responsible for good will gesture reqired for the life and liberty of greatest good to live well with the whole heart of their service for the duty without any discrimination and becoming uncorrupt on the path of moral order for the good governance and charter of public accountability. As such it is not incorrect to say that values of such social service for the people of democracy , required to maintain with compromise must have due regard under the provision made by assurance that power remains aligned with duty and principles of the morality, believing discipline of the culture and contribution for the performance made under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India, in this behalf, failing which it is difficult to maintain the foundation for the good governance and charter of public accountability, however now a days the political parties are not believing on the captioned subject of Right to Information and ignoring law code manual prefixed by the sub section (3) of Section 15 and there is no contribution of ruling party and the opposite front, being responsible for this lapse of the duty and delay created for the appointment of the SCIC and SIC, even true leadership of the state and country must have incorrupt vision of the influence of their power to serve people of society and circle taking cognisance of the inner discipline and moral awareness, required for the good governance and accountability and it is very difficult to seek the good will gesture required to live with within the field of democracy by the people for the people and to the people. Citizens of the country have an important role in democratic reforms for the good governance and accountability and the political parties and leaders must follow moral awareness and discipline to remain in the public contact and representation before the Government reflecting their true vision and performance for the service of the general public depending upon the Constitution of India and taking cognisance of the Right to information and the charter of public accountability but it is regretted for the delay and dereliction of duty, at every corner of the government corridor, even the comprehensive working of the Right to information and the charter of public accountability recognising this all performance of the citizens of country required for the foundation of good governance and accountability and maintained by the individual under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf of the justice through people's participation and accountability for the moral duty by every citizen of the country:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552,Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
