RIGHT TO INFORMATION MAY PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE FOR THE FACILITATION OF HIGH QUALITY ASPIRATIONS OF THE DEVELOPED SOCIETY, BUT PEOPLE MUST HAVE AWARENESS DRIVE CAMPAIGN AND COMPLIANCE FOR THEIR WELFARE

The true benchmark of a developed society and country could not considered its per capita income but it is also necessary to have public spaces for the existing requirements of walk without fear, where our road side people are unauthorisedly occupying the motorable width and on the other hand comparing themselves with the topmost foreign countries and administration taking no cognisance for the required demand of foot path for the children's going to school that exists for the safety of their service maintained by the Government and planned by the department of roads and transportation, where the police are also responsible to protect the safety measures of this demand under public service but police are also reluctant to take action under law code manual prefixed by the road safety Act, in this behalf of the good governance and charter of public accountability. On the other hand our people often compares themselves it to cities maintained at Singapore, Tokyo, their efficiency for the upkeep of cleanliness and explanations usually cite better governance, stricter laws, superior systems for the maintenance and liveability shift for life and liberty.
