PRIME MINISTER INTERNSHIP SCHEME (PILOT PROJECT) ACCEPTANCE RATE IN HIMACHAL PRADESH REMAINED LESS THAN THE NEIGHBORING STATES OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

It is going to be a difficult for the all state Governments and also for the Government of India to tackle the problem of the unemployment in present circumstances of the situation arisen, where in 30 percent of the youth facility this problem in Himachal Pradesh as compared to Punjab where twenty percent of the youth facing this problem of unemployment. It is observed from the Prime Minister Internship scheme where Government of India's said scheme offered for more but accepted for the less number of youth in Round 1 and Round 2 list by way and virtue of which it is very clear that how Government may success in dealing with this problem as resulted below in the percentage acceptance and the PM Internship scheme revised to rupees 506 crores as an initiation for the pilot project with a budget allotment of rupees 840 crores was approved The PM internship scheme pilot project begins on October, 3 -2024 and is currently under implementation where a total of 353 companies provided internship scheme opportunities in the round first and second of the so launched by the Government of India to provide structured internship opportunities to youth and as part of the broader push towards skill development and employment generation. The programme seeks to bridge the gap between academic learning and work place experience by placing candidates in the leading companies across sectors. Selected in terns are provide a monthly stipend of rupees 5000/ .
