DATA SUPPLIES USEFUL QUESTIONNAIRE TYPE INFORMATIONS OF THE APPLICANTS, HENCE THERE IS NO RESTRICTION EXCEPT EXEMPTED UNDER SECTION 8
The aim and objective of the Right to Information is to bring transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities and the citizens charters are required for the welfare and timebound schedule of public problems, pending before the administration and the departments/Ministry for the law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf, but it doesn't mean that people should go and approach the appropriate government, however they are now empowered to have use and exercise of the RTI and the RTS, as required for their benefits and resolving their problems within the schedule of description made under section 8(1) (j) . In the above procedure and process of the compliance for access to information it is put before the FAA and SIC or CIC, as the case may be, and what they reveal is suggestive, but what they conceal is vital, hence they are useful only when interpreted correct and accurate information on the decision making process, like a Court of the honest and data based statistics and must follow the policy action of their vision for the useful interpretation, as the action it produces too working for the welfare of society and circle or individual, as the case may be, however if the findings of the FAA and SIC or CIC are not related to the real question mark of the Applicants, it could not be an accountability for the incident occurred and placed on the administrative reforms for transparency, where data would be the sole responsibility of public authorities to deal with the future course of action under justice for the delivery, required to be made by the Government functionaries, ie the government machinery, Commissions or the Courts, working for the public use and explanation:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
