IT IS BECOMING DIFFICULT TO HAVE JUSTICE FROM THE SYSTEM GENERATED BY THE GOVERNMENT, IN THE PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES OF CONVENIENCE AND PREFERENCES AVAILABLE IN THE PROTECTION OF JUSTICE FOR COMMON MAN

In the present system of work and conduct, related to inner voice of clarity, shaped by one self with preference and option formed by conscience and deeply held values emeges just as duty of life , where no one is satisfied with the ground realities of good governance and citizens charters under the obligation for required protection of justice in the eyes of law and making our democracy fruitful under the spiritual journey to democracy for the people by the people and to the people, even though and more over there should be no compromise with the vision accuracy and correctness however there is no frame work, required for the truth, compassion responsibility of value based confirmation and justice for the human being, depending upon the system generated by the government for the welfare of society and communities and doing, so little on the part of remedy for the improvement and modernisation of expression of decision making in the eyes of law. It is almost clear that justice delivered from the duty by law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf is under stress and confusion, because of complex and not showing the vision of truth and required guidance within a voice that brings transparency and clarity and proving a meaningless change till the decision making at higher/highest level of the justice for the individual and for the universe. A team of jurisprudence judiciary, working on the captioned subject of delay and dereliction of duty visited the North India recently and express their dissatisfaction on the work and conduct of system for the understanding and delivery of justice to common man facing problems because of the delay and dereliction of duty, even in the RTI and the RTS act adjudication and the appropriate government taking no positive steps for the required relief and remedies:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
