PEOPLE MUST VOTE FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY, OBLIGATORY FOR ALL THE PUBLIC AUTHORITIES/DEPARTMENTS/MINISTRIES, HOWEVER THERE IS NO COMPLIANCE MECHANISM FOR THE CITIZENS CHARTERS

Panchayat level elections and the Urban Development politics for the leadership is a game of last moment alliance on the captioned subject deliberations required to addition made in the positive directional of different groups maintaining their separate identity on the basis of caste, region, religion and the community service and the results shows that decision of the political parties has also been ignored by the strong candidates of the region and community is becoming a future challenge for the MLAs and candidates of the Assembly corridor taking keen interest in the present elections of Panchayatii raj institutions and the Urban Development, where the political parties have different dynamics and the voting patterns but it is also truth of the time that strong candidates are challenging the decision of their party forum and fighting for the row of their individual dignity and success for the good governance and purposeful charters of the citizens of society and circle prefixed by the lower level decision making process and distress, where the electorates must vote  with prudence and foresight, as such it is difficult for the lower level candidates to announce the freebies and emotional rhetoric. As such people are also compelled to depend on the political parties and leadership instead of independent identity for the political survival, however a number of candidates have been elected on their personal impact and character is also a fact and it is necessary for the capacity building performance of a candidate in lower levels dynamic and voting standard of the people taking cognisance of their personal relation and  stand for the isolated game plan, which may bring true democracy for the people of society and area, as the RTI Act playing an important role for the citizens charter and transparency in the administration, however very few people are taking cognisance of the RTI act and the RTS, list by way and virtue of which it is necessary for the government to create awareness for the education and advancement of the people of area and circle and challenge the wrong doings for which opposition parties and civil societies are responsible to follow law code manual and do needful under the provision made for financial assistance under this component of the provision of the Act, however neither the state Government nor the Government of India are obliged to create awareness and people are not aware about the things, where as democracy requires an informed citizenry and transparency of information which are vital to its functioning and also to contain corruption and to hold Governments and their instrumentalities accountable to the governed, for which compliance mechanism made for the such challenges which may bring democracy for the people by the people and to the people, which is necessary for the good governance and accountability, in order to redress the public grievances at lower levels of the strengthening compliance:-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number 9459334377
