RULING PARTIES AND THE OPPOSITION FRONT WORKING ON THE SAME FORM OF A FLOW CHART AND TAKING NO COGNISANCE OF THE GOOD GOVERNANCE AND THE CITIZENS CHARTERS WHICH ARE MANDATORY FOR EACH MINISTRY/DEPARTMENT/PUBLIC AUTHORITY, HOWEVER THERE IS NO SERVICE AND (SIC) IS DEFUNCT.

Ruling parties should be ready to follow opposition front in the fair play game of democracy for the people by the people and to the people, under election schedule of the state and Centre, working for the parliamentary democracy, which is definitely maintained by the opposition parties in the system generated by the democracy for the people by the people and to the people, however in the present circumstances of the policy and programmes there is no difference between the work field culture of the ruling party and the opposite front taking benefits of the power platform instead of pointing out the wrong doings and ill fated decision making by the ruling parties, list by way and virtue of which the society has been divided into the different groups and civil societies as well as communities and the government is too working on the said bifurcation of the general public, which is against the norms of the democracy for the people by the people and to the people under Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India but there is no equation for the improvement and modernisation relevant for the equity and, violation of human rights, where the information shall only be provided after the approval of the state Information commission and, notwithstanding any thing contained in Section 7,such information shall be provided within 45 days from the date of the receipt of the request, provided that the information pertaining to the allegations of corruption and human rights violations shall not be excluded under this sub section:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
