FORUM FOR FAST JUSTICE, MUMBAI, WORKING FOR SAVE JUDICIARY AND IMPROVE SYSTEM THROUGH OUT THE COUNTRY, HOWEVER THERE IS NO SYSTEMATIC WORKING PLAN ON THE NATIONAL CAMPAIGN FOR FREE AND FAIR JUSTICE TO COMMON MAN IN TROUBLE

Shri Praveen Patel, Convener Form for fast justice Mumbai along with Shri Bhagwan ji Sahai attended a Seminar on the judicial reforms at Bhuri Singh Museum Chamba on 5-6-2026 and highlighted their view point on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be promoted by the judiciary and the Government under provision made for this behalf of the demand and review for the decision making, but it is regretted to point that the people are not satisfied with the working of judiciary in the country where the Supreme Court of India must have vision on the captioned subject, so that required improvement in the system generated by the judiciary may be suggested and maintained for the good governance and accountability, however it seems that there is no review on the given suggestions and people are facing problems due to delay and dereliction of duty at every levels of the pendency in decision making under law code manual, even the judges are not following the instructions for the corrective measures and accuracy and correctness of the performance made for the required improvement, even though and more over the judiciary may help the general public in this behalf of the further action plan and for which the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India and the High courts must issue necessary road map in this behalf of the removal of pendency and bring timelines for the decision making under system generated by the judiciary for public welfare. On the other hand the Government of India also responsible for the taking cognisance of the such delays and dereliction of duty and do needful under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf, so that people may not sufffer more and more due to such pendency in the system for fast justice track. No doubt the parliamentary democracy of our country also maintaining the system generated for Right to Information and the citizens charters, but it is regretted for the non compliance of duty and responsibility at the end of state governments where the institutions of the State Information commissions are defunct and no appointments of the SIC and SCIC issued for duty under sub section (3) of section 12 is a proof in Himachal Pradesh and people are facing problems because of such reasons, however state Government taking no cognisance of the said appointments, even vacant for about one years of the duration and it is against the natural justice, where general public is harassed, because of the such pendency and decision making under law and rules protected for the welfare of people of country and ignored by the appropriate government in this behalf of the save judiciary and save nation movement of the forum for fast justice all over the country, working for the necessary improvement in system generated by the Government:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
