DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS TAKING COGNISANCE OF THE REVIEW AND REVISION OF PENDING CASES, PENDING FINALIZATION OVER 3 MONTHS AND APPLICANTS MAY FOLLOW SECTION 19(6) OF RTI, AS SIC IS IN DEFUNCT POSITION FOR ABOUT ONE YEAR

On the other hand it is necessary to prepare Monthly statement of cases pending finalization for over 3 months and each department/Section is required to prepare, with the approval of the administrative Secretary a monthly statement of cases pending finalization over for 3 months, which is to be complied for all the departments by the Administrative reforms department and submitted to the Chief Minister through the Chief Secretary. It has to be assured that all cases pending finalization over 3 months with reasons for remaining pending are includes in this statement. In the case of Directorates and the Collectorates, this statement should have the approval of Head of the Departments or Deputy Commissions and the Statement should be sent to the Administrative Department with a copy to the Administrative reforms section of the Personnel Department. The Statement has to be submitted in the prescribed format.
