REQUIRED COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF THE GARBAGE BY THE SYSTEM OF TREATMENT  AND WRONG INFORMATIONS TO THE (NGT):- The national green tribunal working for the protection of the enviornmental conservation and management system of the green corridors has time to time issued notices to the all urban development authorities regarding to work on the treatment of garbage collection and processing by the plants however very less quality of the garbage collection has been treated under the provision made for treatment and the balance quantities are openly dumped into the road sides of the city areas which is wrong and illegal under the explanation made by law and code issued by the study of protocol mentioned in the guidelines and instructions of the government for which urban development authorities and the centre pollution control board has been empowered to initiate the necessary facilities to the citizens of country so that necessary enviornmental conservation and management system of the treatment of garbage collection may be accordingly treated and disposed of however it is regretted to point that open garbage as dumped along the various sites has started air pollution in addition to the soil and the water pollution which is very harmful and affecting adverse against the human biosciences and the survellance and at number of places the said garbage has been openly drowned in the streams and rivers along the roads which has created problem as well as newsance in the atmosphere of the sorrounding areas for which the government of India as well as the state governments concerned are responsible to provide for the protection of the relief measures and verify the facts on the site so that necessary guide bunds may be provided to streamline the such rivers and the area as escaped on both sides of the rivers and nullahs be planted for the good enviornmental conservation of the society and circle demanding protection of the removal of the air pollution from the GOI as well as the state government concerned and it is necessary to monitor the situation and position of the highlights by the study of protocol mentioned as in the parameters required for the welfare of society and circle living in the sorrounding areas of the such reaches of the urban segments required to be maintained by the HUDCO in this behalf of the sludge treatment and prevention of the enviornmental behaviour described as by the law and code
