DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR ONLINE  PROMOTION OF THE SYSTEM FOR GOVERNANCE AND EVALUATION OF THE HELD PROGRESS BY  GOVERNMENT:-- During the period of lockdown government of India as well as the state government of HP has started Online programming of the various departments and the other working institutions being this programme of the digital India to go ahead with the provision made and created for the welfare of society and circle. In addition to the government plateform of the online schedule for digital India promotion the private sector institutions are also working on the basis of Online system and progression due to covid-19 pandemic even the schools colleges and universities have also started working on the basis of digital programming for students and the marketing required for the agenda of business operation and development deeds as facing problems due to covid-19 pandemic and it has become difficult to continue with the routine working for survellance as the Corona virus still adversing affect .The demand for Online hearings was raised before the government and the SIC but it is still pending for required installation of Online system even number of requests and reminders and the supreme court of India has also decided to continue with the provision made and facilities assured but it is yet to be maintained by the government of HP even number of states have started online programs to the citizens under the RTI promotion and wellness drive is proof and evidence on the record by way and virtue of which the all India group of activists working for the promotion of RTI forum have started national compaign for required reforms at the earliest as the said facilities if maintained by the government may help people for entire future course of action required for the agenda of discussion and meetings scheduled for the early decision of the RTI hearings
