ORDERS OF THE NATIONAL GREEN TRIBUNAL AND NON COMPLIANCE AT THE LEVELS OF (MC) :-- The orders and directions of the NGT are not being implemented by the municipal corporation s as related to the management of solid waste materials for which now the NGT has started to monitor the progress and evaluation of the work done through the procedure prescribed for the agenda of enviornmental protection and the management of the solid waste materials. The pollution control board and the municipal corporation concerned have been directed to follow the law of limitations issued so in this behalf failing which the pollution control board will impose penalty against the defaulter companies and the bank guarantees would be attached to fulfill the requirements of proposal made and assurances delivered by the municipal corporation concerned to protect the safety measures of the enviornmental behaviour and removal of polluted infected solid waste materials spreading inthe open sorroundings of the thickly populated areas in the cities and creating the air pollution for which stream lining of the such nullah and rivers are required to be maintained by the municipal corporation concerned and plantation  on the both sides along with the banks of the nullah should have appropriate work with the provision of green corridors for protecting the enviornmental behaviour of the area and to accomplish the law code manual of bioscience technology.
