MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 30-8-2020 AND PRESIDED OVER BY THE FORMER CIC :-- The meeting was very coordial and fruitful after welcome address the chief guest former CIC Shri Sailesh Gandhi ji started to address the problems raised by the individual concerned and every reply was given up to the satisfaction of the members . Shri Sailesh Gandhi ji also advised the members to work inthe comfortable atmosphere of the office attempt and exercise of the procedural hearings before the public authorities, however it was suggested to follow the norms and standards for observation and also to raise the under rule observation before the FAA and SIC if not satisfied with the working of the PIO concerned for which written complaints could also be furnished with the provision made and created for the implementation of the RTI act publications. In addition to the above mentioned discussion and expression of the chief guest former CIC Shri Sailesh Gandhi ji he also suggested the members of the online scheduled meeting regarding to work for the National compaign for online RTI hearings and raise the issue before the SIC regarding to take up the matter with competent higher authority so that necessary provision of the online programming be furnished at every level of the RTI hearings .Shri Sanjay Kumar Shukla ji raised the issue and matter of social auditing against the public authorities all over the country and suggested to follow RTI applications before the PIOs regarding to intimate the clarification about the penal action as well as the non compliance by the PIOs and reporting by the SIC to follow disciplinary action against such PIOs for which it has become general practice of the SICs to issue warning instead of to follow action of penalty as laid by the study of protocol mentioned in the RTI act publications.After satisfactory argument s from the key members of the meeting convened by the organisation of the National RTI forum and wellness group of activities the meeting was concluded with the vote of thanks to the Chief guest and all others for coordination with each other as working jointly all over the country due to covid-19 pandemic and would continue to go ahead with the online programming of the video conferencing till lockdown has not been removed by the government of India . Shri Sailesh Gandhi ji also promised the house of coordinators regarding to invite for the agenda of discussion if found necessary
