Government should follow instructions of the national green tribunal and decision of the supreme court to implement for the relaxation of environmental clearance to the widening of roads

Environmental impact assessment of the various road construction projects and the re-examine of cases with relaxation for clearance without objections raised by the public could not be justified under the decision and guidelines of the National green tribunal however the government has decided to issue some relaxations in the existing infrastructure of 2006 during these 2020 which is not correct and justified under the fundamental of human service and security of life sciences for which the government should again review the report of the new proposal before issuing the amendment and must follow the instructions of the NGT and the supreme court of India from where the provision of said relaxation has been denied to accept being responsible to protect the safety of human service and security of life sciences which is destroyed by the study of impact assessment realised by the study of protocol mentioned as in the instructions of the NGT and too highlighted by the supreme court of India.
