PLASTIC WASTE MANAGEMENT RULES -2016 AND WORK ON THE RECYCLING TECHNOLOGY:-- As per the report of the Central pollution control board there are approximately 1000 to 4000 unregistered plastic recycling and the manufacturing units in the country from the system of group workers working for the collection of waste materials for recycling there is accountability of the act made functional with the ( EPR) regarding to follow the registration for frame work of the production process and management system of the companies act publications as declared Rule of the plastic Engineering and technology development since-2016 by the enviornmental protection of recognition with the government charter of duties and responsibilities The number of waste pickers collecting material should have their rolls and contracts with the Companies and the records of the output should have registration for the recycling and accountability with the provision made under Rule -2016 for which necessary verification should be made by the institute of plastic Engineering and technology for recycling and the overall control of the workers for collecting material should have appropriate enlistment with the companies as well as the Central pollution control board responsible to register the such units of plastic recycling management and manufacturing . The work should be permitted with in the under rule production and collection of the waste material required for the production of plastic recycling as necessary to protect the pollution as dumped in the open places and polluting the soil water as well as the air pollution so definitely required to be maintained with in the frame work of the Industry act which will improve the quality and skill of working and would also benefit the all concerned
