RTI FOUNDATION AND THE AWARENESS DRIVE FOR THE REQUIRED ACTION TO START ON LINE DIGITAL PROGRAMMING AND REQUIRED NATIONAL COMPAIGN TO FUNCTION :-- The Maharashtra RTI organisation has also started to compaign for the agenda of Online meetings for which the organisation has issued legal notice to the SIC as well as the Chief Secretary of the government of Maharashtra meaning that the legal procedure prescribed by the law and rules has been followed by the said organisation in this behalf . The federation and wellness group of coordinators working for the welfare of society and circle in state of HP has also taken issue and matter with the DOPT and the SIC at number of occasions to start with the provision made as per the decision of the honorable supreme court of India however no concrete policy has been made and created for the agenda of Online meeting scheduled to be heard up to the level of FAA and the PIO even number of requests and reminders for the necessary objective .Some of the states have started to work on the online digital programming however maximum number of the state governments have yet taken no suo motu cognisance of the order passed by the SC . As such it has become necessary to follow the National compaign as required for the awareness drive against the non compliance by the state governments or to follow the legal procedure prescribed by the law and rules and also as noticed by the organisation of the state of Maharashtra
