Empowerment under RTI act 2005 has been issued for good governance of the administration and charter of public accountability demanded by the citizens of country

The right to vote and elect your representative issued to protect the fundamental rights reserved for the agenda of democracy in India has been enhanced and upgraded further with the provision and empowerment to the extent of the RTI since 2005 by way and virtue of which every citizen of country can use and exercise his empowerment to ask for the required informations under the provision of RTI act publications .Act as issued by the study of impact assessment realised by the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of said law has further been verified by the study of protocol mentioned in the administration and management system of governance by the authorities have been amended upto the possible extent with some jurisdictions of appointment of the commissioners and their salary etc etc which clearly indicates that the RTI act 2005 has been declared as the fundamental right of the citizens of this country. Further it is submitted in the matter that the empowerment given to the citizens has been found necessary to protect and tackle the problems inthe system of governance and accountability required to remove the corruption from the society and circle .It is also mentioned here that on the basis of demand under public utilities to call back the representative elected under the provision made and created by the study of protocol mentioned as in the democratic set up the schedule under instructions only nota has been found necessary to reject the candidature of the party aspirants however decision of call back to the candidate by the voters have no decision and conclusion even though the corrupt and the criminal people are being made candidates by the party politics has been denied by the supreme court of India however no such reports have been furnished by any of the party forum and submitted to the competent authority ie election commission of India and the honorable supreme court of India from where further details could be demanded accordingly for details of the action under law however issue and matter still pending is a matter of fact and concern as more than twenty five percent.candidates are said to be corrupt and criminal is proof and evidence on the record of the government.
