GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO REMOVE PENDENCY OF THE COURTS AND TRIBUNALS/COMMISSIONS AND ARRANGE FOR THE ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) .

Pendency in the courts and commissions increasing day by day and people facing problems due to unusual practice of delay in deciding the cases at every level of the justice for common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance.In India alternative dispute resolution system is also going on and utilised for reducing the work load on the courts and may provide speedy disposal of as per the provision made and created for the welfare of society and circle however 4.5 crore cases are lying pending with the courts and will take many more time for the removal of such pendency.In addition to the courts and commissions cases are also decided by way of Arbitration,mediation , conciliation and the negotiations however expert professional are required to discuss the issues and matter and the lawyers may have an important role in deciding the cases.The government has also empowered the citizens of country to take cognizance of the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication and have informations related to their benefits and schemes issued by the government to protect the fundamental rights of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance however very few people are taking cognizance of the RTI and RTS act adjudication even provision of the whistle blowers protection Act 2014 too issued to the people of country for required help and support against the violation of human rights and entitlements under Article 19 and 21 of the constitution of India.In addition to above facilitation and requirements of the system for service under law and trial for research on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be verified by the expert opinion the department of Administrative reforms organisation too working for the good governance and accountability and taking cognizance of the Complaints furnished under article 350 of the constitution of India but delay noticed by the Act and provison made under law has no improvement in reducing the pendency of cases even in the cases of the RTI and RTS act adjudication.
