FAIR ENQUIRY AND INVESTIGATION IS NECESSARY TO REVIEW THE CASES OF COMPLAINTS FURNISHED UNDER ARTICLE 350 OF THE CONSTITUTION.

Parliamentary democracy of our country is working for the encouraging development of our fundamental rights however implementation of the said law and acts becoming more and more difficult as facing uncomfortable approach and adoption for the establishment concluded for the welfare of society and circle or the individual concerned demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance under RTI act publications and too by the RTS act adjudication even though the government has also issued whistle blowers protection Act 2014 to implement the true democracy in the country required for the better future failing which it would be difficult to ensure the success of our democratic reforms keeping principles of the democracy upward and too highlighting the administrative shortcomings brought on the record of the government and the department of the administrative reforms working for the good governance and accountability.RTI activists, volunteers and Resource persons working for the welfare of society and circle playing important role in protecting the fundamental rights of the people of country and encouraging the social cohesion and political awareness among the people of Society and circle however very few people are taking cognizance of the work and conduct related to the magnitude of reputation and makeover for the procedural compliance and humanitarian perspective found necessary to remain in the true democracy of our country for which the parliamentary democracy demanding this duty and trial from the citizens of country and now it is the duty and responsibility of the citizens of country to have interest in the debate for information and the administrative reforms as facing problems due to unusual practice of delay in deciding the cases and wrong interpretation of law and misleading informations by the public authorities responsible for the good governance and accountability however it is difficult to face the challenges instead of cooperation from the system of governance responsible for the good governance and accountability.
