THERE IS NO CHALLENGE TO THE FUNDAMENTALS OF DEMOCRACY HOW EVER CITIZENS OF COUNTRY MUST SAVE THEIR RIGHTS AND ENTITLEMENTS.

True democracy in the country and freedom of the citizens of country will rest safe as long as people of country are taking cognizance of the empowerment delivered by the Constitution of India in this behalf failing which it is difficult to maintain the magnitude of work and conduct as well as task described by the parliamentary democracy under RTI and RTS act adjudication and reflecting on the profession of the law and rules as well as Act and performance delivered by the citizens of country demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance. It is difficult to work in the unfriendly conditions and the people are responsible to challenge the work and conduct of the public authorities under RTI and RTS act adjudication however the government has also issued whistle blowers protection Act 2014 in favor of the citizens of country and disagreement must not distort into hatred and the hatred must not be permitted to evolve into the violence for which the past is evidence where in number of the RTI activists and Volunteers tortured and murdered while working for the public interest and challenging the mafia culprits at rescue operation and the instances occured for such violences ,proof and evidence on the historical record. The introduction of RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication is becoming a challenge for the general public as facing problems due to unusual practice of delay in deciding the cases and creating unnecessary hurdles in decision making process given by the government of India and too by the state governments under charter of public accountability and transparency in administration for which the government is responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the citizens of country and take penal action against the defaulters however there is no performance of the duty under section 18to 20 of the RTI act publications and the public authorities are ignoring the law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf.
