Right to Information Act, 2005 working for the welfare of people of state facing delay and dereliction of duty because of the defunct position of the SIC where in both posts of the Commissioner are lying vacant since long and no action is being taken by the appropriate Government after retirement of the previous SCIC and SIC. On the other hand the Work and duty related to the charter of public service guarantee , under law code manual prefixed by the code for considerable there is no citizens centric approach by the administration, while depriving the public services placed under the charter of public accountability for the efficiency in administration and timelines prefixed for the good governance and accountability in this behalf of the demand under public service utility. Government is responsible to issue necessary instructions to the officers and employees regarding to introspect, innovate and change pattern standard required so for the efficiency in the administration for the effective service delivery. The poor coordination among the departments and the offices discharging their duty under the charter of public accountability must have timely action and genuine commitment for the general duty under public service guarantee Act prefixed by the charter of public accountability in this behalf of the law code manual.
