THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE BEFORE THE CITIZENS OF SOCIETY AND COUNTRY REGARDING TO CHALLENGE THE WORKING OF FUNCTIONAL INSTRUMENTATION UNDER HARD-LINE THINKING OF THE TRUE DEMOCRACY, INSTEAD OF DHARNA -PRADARSHAN

Despite assurance made under the provision of MGNREGS and Act taking cognisance of the demand for livelihood the state governments are denying the work for the people, even though it has been converted into the VB--RAM-G scheme by Government of India but there is no assurance of the mandays committed for this security of the service for employment and issued under the Act, list by way and virtue of which people are facing problems due to denial of their committed schedule for the employment guarantee under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf. Sustaining minimum wages the purpose of the said scheme and Act has been defeated by the New schem introduced by the Government of India and there is no guarantee under this provision of the VB-- RAM-G scheme and Act for the employment and the gap created by the new scheme issued by the Government of India definitely ruining the programme and scheme of this Act, working for the poor people of country under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf of the demand under public service utilities. On the other hands there is no employment generation programme for the new era professionals demanding their employment from the Government of India and also from the state governments like Himachal Pradesh where young generation waiting for their employment opportunities under the assurances given by the previous government and also by the present government working for the capacity building of a popular government and reforms under new laws of the surity for the service benefits and employment on the pattern standard of the routine duty and promotion for the seniority in regular grades and cadres for the(R&P) Rules but it is regretted for the non compliance and delay in decision making like the cases of pensioners , too demanding and agitating for their pending claims and arrears.
