ERADICATION OF CORRUPTION AND COMPLAINTS BEFORE THE HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENTS, RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDER RULES COMPLIANCE

One way democracy could not be a choice and option of the citizens of country and it is necessary to challenge the things and working on the captioned subject of demand under public service and utilities by way of opinion in the federal structure of our voting and a fundamental right of the citizens of country to demand transparency and accountability in the system generated by the Government taking cognisance of the people welfare for the required streamlining of the administration for the judicial reforms and the administrative reforms for which our Government and the judiciary is responsible to take vision of the accuracy and correctness but the state governments taking no. Cognisance of the RTI and the RTS under the provision made by law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf and facing corruption in the ongoing system of work and conduct of individual and bound to follow eradication of corruption in the system maintained by the Government of India and also by the state governments, prima facie responsible for registering complaints under the RTI and the RTS act adjudication but no action is taken to fulfill the requirements and demands of the general public facing corrupt in the day to day life and liberty of the individual as we'll as society and circle for which basically the RTI and the RTS has been introduced by the parliamentary democracy of our country however taking no cognisance of the checks and balances even complaints before the administration and the SIC or CIC as the case may be.
