FEDERAL STRUCTURE OF DEMOCRACY NEEDS (RTI) AND (RTS) FOR PATIENCE AND DISCIPLINE FOR THE SOCIAL GOOD AND LOOKING TOWARDS THEIR REPRESENTATIVES

India is working in the system of federal structure democracy maintained by the people of country for their representation by the people to the people and for the people where it is necessary to feel much for others and little for ourselves to restrain our selfishness and exercise our benevolent affections, constitute the perfectness of human being. As such it is clear that, in all this work and conduct of the human nature, the mind plays a crucial role. Our mind, for instance, helps and manage emotions such as fear, greed and an anxiety. Significance glory of hand, laying the importance of diligent and honest working in acquisition and distribution of resources, earn with more and given to the lesser fostering empathy, trust and goodwill, list by way and virtue of which it is becoming difficult to maintain the federal structure of our democracy,, where political slogans are continued to animate election campaign, however there is no structural reforms and intervention required for the genuine federalism in equal shape and size of the proposal for all in essence of requirement for the stable growth and opportunities guided by the higher level of economic structure for the equity but there is a discrimination in the system of our democracy and creating problems for the people by way of different strategies for stabilizing where there is no scale for the equity and equation and people are suffering because of the inflation, corruption and uncertainty in the system of our federal structure of administrative reforms taking no cognisance of the good governance and accountability and required administrative reforms are kept pending by the government and the public authorities :-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association, registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
