PEOPLE GETTING NO ACCESS TO INFORMATION, AS THE STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION SITTING IDLE AND DEFUNCT SINCE LONG
Various group's and societies of the Right to Information Act, 2005 are set to introduce artificial intelligence and work on section 4 related to the computerised thinking processed under the given frame work for new era entrants, where in the initiative aims to nurture young learners required for this move of the use and exercise of technology but to shape it responsibly for the public for which it is necessary to have guides and the key members, so that forum for promotion and awareness drive may improve the system for good governance and accountability where decisive shift of the guides and key members should have literacy, fonudational skills and capabilities for the young learners so that vision may have technological advancement and search for the contribution shaping it for the inclusive growth and public use required for the welfare of society and circle and good governance and accountability. Challenges are accepted for the required guidelines by various groups and societies, despite of the promises for regular continuity on the captioned subject of demand and access to information but it is regretted to point out the non compliance at the levels of state government taking no cognisance of the sub section (3) and section 12 of the RTI act, 2005 and the appointment of the SIC and SCIC pending for functional decision making in this behalf of the charter of public accountability is an illegal delay and dereliction of duty at the levels of appropriate government but no action on the subject matter deliberation is undue harassment of the Applicants and volunteers. The doors are closed for the access to information even by the PIOs and FAA, because of this threat to have action under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India and the delay creating denial of the information, in addition to the penal action and disciplinary action against the defaulters:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number, 9459334377
