PUBLIC WELFARE AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REFORMS UNDER LEGISLATION OR COMMON LAW RELEVANT FOR OPERATION AND IMPROVEMENT, IN RESPECT OF THE ADMINISTRATION UNDER (RTI) IF DELAYED MORE THAN REQUIRED , IT IS AGAINST THE NATURAL JUSTICE

It appears that now a days polity going on with extra ordinary determination required for the welfare of people of country and achieved for the future confidence to obtain the majority courage and believe , even facing numerous challenges in the present system of democracy for the people by the people and to the people. No doubt we are living in the democracy maintained by ourselves and too responsible for good governance and accountability but the system generated by the parliamentary democracy of our country and maintained by the administration and verified by the judiciary on the complaints for required boundaries of the law of limitations has no courage and faith for the discipline and honest service for the people as well as country, where polity playing on the favouritism, and centres of powers by ignoring the fundamentals of the democracy, even Right to Information and charter of public accountability facing fiduciary errors and misleading track of the access to information , list by way and virtue of which the people must do their duty required for the justice and good governance but very few people are taking cognisance of the empowerment of the Right to information Act, 2005 and there is no value based polity for the discipline and honesty guarding our aspirations. Keeping in view the situation and position of forcible delay in decision making the system is related to power platform and the polarisation of votes capturing and both the ruling and the opposition polity seems to be satisfied from this culture of the ongoing administration and patience for the public welfare but there is no probability and score board for the required good governance and charter of public accountability required to be maintained by the parliamentary democracy of our country and recommendations for reforms including recommendations in respect of the particular public authorities, for the development, improvement, modernisation reform or amendments suggested by the Act or other legislation or common law or any other matter relevant for operational access, kept without implementation of the spirit and intention is becoming outcome of the existing public opinion, which clearly shows the silent features of our democracy for the people by the people and to the people required to be made functional by the polity of our country and state government taking cognisance of the annual reports and returns at every level of the audit and recoveries:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number 9459334377
