INFORMATIONS RELATED TO DECISION-MAKING UNDER SECTION 4 MUST BE FOLLOWED BY THE PUBLIC AUTHORITIES, THAT IS OF A INTEREST TO THE COMMON MAN AND RELATED TO THE ROUTINE WORK OF GOVERNANCE, IN SOME RULE OR THE OTHER
The department of Information technology has been working on setting of the technical standards required for the government use and websites and the department of Administrative Reforms and redressal of the public grievances also taking notice of the published guidelines entertained by the Government Departments where in these guidelines must prescribe the manner in which these guidelines and draft design parameters are standardised for the use and exercise of disclosure of such information technology Administrative Reforms required for the public utility and redressal of grievance. In addition to above guidelines, it is also necessary to kept in view the fundamental analysis of the access to information related to the design and scope of the interfaces to be used in various fashions more specific to appropriate contexts and the need based information/data using visualization techniques, where in such visual representation of information can give insights that may remain largely hidden in a texual presentation of data analysis, however if found necessary it may be protected by way of the video recording and may tell much more than words .
