APPLICATIONS REQUIRED TO BE REFERRED UNDER SECTION 6(3) ARE NOT TREATED WELL WITH IN THE SCHEDULE FOR FURTHER REPORTING

RTI applications are followed by the study of impact assessment realised by the description under section 6 of the RTI act publications in the capacity of individual concerned by way and virtue of which the PIOs concerned are held responsible to issue necessary informations to the applicant existing in the office records however if the information is related to the another concerns under the provision said case file may be referred to the said deemed PIO under section 6 (3) of the RTI act publications.Under these circumstances of the description under section 6 and further as referred under section 6 (3) has been required to be considered as provision made and created by the study of protocol mentioned in the law code manual of the RTI act publications however in such cases of the demand under public utilities either applications are kept pending by the deemed PIOs or refused for the compliance which is highly objectionable matter of fact and concern even though clear provision of the section 6(3) has been defined by the law code manual prefixed by RTI act publications.The State information commissioner's and the CICs are responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the RTI activists where Applications are referred under section 6 (3) of the RTI act publications .As such when there exists clear provision of the RTI act section 6 (3) in the provision made and created for the welfare of society and circle there is no reason to deny the information with the plea that said information doesn't exist in the records of office to who Application has been furnished by the applicants .The reason of such informations related to the deemed PIOs may be obtained from the office where the said informations are existing in the records or could be verified from the system of works attained by the said office during the course of described observations collected from the system of governance being responsible to issue necessary informations to the citizens of this country facing problems due to corruption ,non availability of the charter of public accountability described by the government in every field of study and system related to the working schedule of Public service
