PRACTICAL PERFORMANCE OF THE PROCEDURE SUGGESTED MUST BE FOLLOWED BY THE ENTRANTS

HOW ONE CAN BE A PERFECT RTI ACTIVIST:- Before taking part in the RTI activities under the provision of empowerment delivered by the study of protocol mentioned in the RTI act 2005 it is necessary to follow and study the all parts of the act ibid and one  must start it's practice described as in the law code manual of the publication.The Application should be filled properly as per the format prescribed by the section 6 of the RTI act publications .It is too necessary to follow the Complaint under section 18 of the codal formality if reply has not been received by the Applicant and also to furnish the Appeal before the FAA after expiry of the law of limitations .Under the circumstances of wrong interpretation of law code manual and in the cases of more complaints agaist the PIO and FAA the matter should also be furnished with the SIC under provision of the second Appeal before the Commission.The procedure prescribed under law code manual of the RTI act publications must be practically used and exercised in the capacity of individual concerned and as an activist of the RTI act empowerment.
