The daily on line schedule of charter for workshop and training program highlighted by the National RTI forum and wellness group activities performing this duty during the covid-19 pandemic has been addressed by the former CIC Shri Sailesh Gandhi ji . Maximum number of questions have been asked by the various RTI delegates from the key member and former CIC Shri Sailesh Gandhi ji .The former CIC Shri Sailesh Gandhi ji clearly indicated with the comments that it is not possible to remove the problem of corruption from the society and circle and bring transparency in the administration till people felt their responsibility to file the RTI applications before the public authorities and ask their informations related to the welfare of society and circle as well as the charter of public accountability and transparency in the administration. The former CIC Shri Sailesh Gandhi advised the house of coordinators working for the welfare of society and circle and taking keen interest in the development of RTI promotion and wellness drive movement continued for the welfare of society and circle that every citizen must follow the law code manual of RTI act publications in the interest of save democracy and remove corruption as such the voter has been empowered by the system of governance with fundamental right to enquire about the activities of the good governance delivered by the government of state and the centre like king and queen being empowered to elect the representative of their choice .In accordingly the government of India has again empowered the citizens of this country to follow the law code manual of RTI and bring transparency in the administration and work for the removal of corruption from society and circle is too done by the civil societies for which they have been empowered by the study of protocol mentioned in the RTI act publications since 2005 . Shri Sailesh Gandhi ji also advised the house of coordinators to follow RTI applications before the public authorities if it is felt necessary in the public accountability and required for the welfare of society and circle to bring transparency in the administration and also to work for the charter of public accountability failing which RTI publications could not be made helpful in the removal of corruption and good governance of the administration would only be made fruitful with the provision of RTI act if it's applications are followed by the citizens and objectives are re assessed only than it may be a successful  corridor for the Activists to furnish the clear vision of the RTI application processed .It has been also clarified by the former CIC Shri Sailesh Gandhi ji that every question of the RTI applicant is required to be informed by the PIO if it's confirmation is available in the records of the office and there is no reason to deny the documents asked with the question for reply under RTI act 2005 .
