THE GUIDELINES ISSUED BY THE SYSTEM FOR GOVERNANCE AT HIGHER LEVEL MUST BE FOLLOWED BY THE STATE GOVERNMENTS

Essential guidelines and instructions required to be maintained and followed by the States as issued by the pollution control board under GRAP is parameter of the ( prevention and control) issued by the Centre's enviornment pollution being responsible authoritiy to deal with the situation arising due to increase in the air pollution in the areas covered by the study of impact assessment realised by the NCR where an adequate action is required to be maintained to keep the situation under control.The board has suggested to activate district- level monitoring committee s to deal with the problems and situation arisen where use of anti - smog guns and sprinkling of water has been suggested to deal with the air pollution The air quality index is deteriorating in the industry areas and necessary parameters are required to be followed to keep the situation under control.In this behalf the NGT has issued necessary directions to the all states and territories as well as the pollution control boards regarding to implement the necessary guidelines time to time issued for the follow up action as required under protection by the graded response action plan GRAP in the effected areas especially in the Industrial townships to keep the situation under control however no parameters are followed by the responsible authorities for which the Deputy commissioners of the respective areas must issue necessary directions to implement the guidelines and instructions so issued by the study of protocol mentioned in the (GRAP) to deal with the problems enviornmental pollution and the control required for the prevention of enviornmental behaviour of the areas covered especially in the industry areas
