IDENTIFICATION OF THE BLACK SPOTS ACROSS THE NATIONAL HIGH WAY  NET WORKS :--The ministry of national highway authoritiy of India is responsible to improve the quality of road net working across the country where police authorities have declared the black spots across the NH however verification of such black spots must be brought to the notice of NHAI for further information and necessary corrections of the required improvement.The state police authorities provides this data to the other concerned and there may be possibilities of some inaccuracies for which necessary drawings of the Engineering division are required to support the cause of black spots like blindness , damage of road and the narrow aspects and prospects for the reasoning made by police authorities.In hilly areas like Himachal Pradesh the position of black spots stretches is more dangerous as steep gradient in the road profile and high terrains are maximum hindrences to declare the NH black spot at such reaches where required superelevation and camber might be a reason of the accident if overspeeed of the vehicle is not controlled well in time by the driver.As such it is necessary to verify the black spots noticed by the study of impact assessment realised by the police authorities in this behalf however the NHAI is too responsible to verify the each such black spot at the site of work and take cognizance of the required corrective measures . The road sign boards and the parapet walls as well as the centre lines on these stretches of the accident prone area must be visible to the drivers for safety measures .
