IN CASE OF EXPIRY OF TIME LIMITS PRESCRIBED APPLICANT MUST COMPLAINT

COMPLAINT IS ESSENTIALLY REQUIRED UNDER SECTION 18 OF RTI ACT ADJUDICATION:-- The Application under RTI act publication referred under section 6 of the act to the PIO must be replied and informed with in a period of 30 days however if the asked information is not supplied with in the tentative schedule of charter of public accountability laid by the study of protocol mentioned in the RTI act publications the applicant may prefer complaint against the non compliance of duty at the level of public authority .The appeal before the FAA is required to be registered under the circumstances of the wrong interpretation and the incomplete response by the PIO however it is necessary to file complaint in case of non compliance by the PIO for which provisions of the penal action against the defaulters@ Rs 250 per day has been suggested under section 20 of the RTI act publications however codal formalities are required to be completed by the Applicants in this behalf of the complainant and Appeal for the delay in deciding matters at the level of the PIOs The conclusive decision of the said complaint and Appeal is required to be assessed and ordered at the level of the SIC or CIC and necessary compensation may also be paid to the Applicants if his information is unnecessary delayed and denied by the said PIO .
