KEY MEMBERS AND THE SPECIFIC GUIDES MUST BE INVITED FOR THE WORKSHOP AND TRAINING OF NEW ENTRANTS

Various groups working for the Online meeting scheduled for the agenda of discussion and meetings required for the workshop and training techniques of new era entrants are requested to invite the skilled key members and the former SIC or CIC as well as the specific guides in the respective programming so that queries raised by the various Activists must be replied to the concerned in appropriate way of the guidance and techniques observed .The general problems are related to the section 8and 9 of the RTI act 2005 for which people are fighting their rights from pillar to post even appearing before the Supreme court of India for redressal of grievance An other issue as related to the section 6 (3) have also become a major problem of the Activists as applications furnished under section 6 are returned back to the citizens instead of referring under section 6 (3) of the RTI act publications which is ignorance of the RTI act 2005 where in it is found necessary to follow the section 6 (3)  The major problems of the RTI act publications so raised must be brought to the notice of the Department of DOPT and the Administrative reforms so that law code manual prefixed in this behalf of the RTI act publications may not be ignored by the PIOs for which they must be penalized by the SICs and the CIC
