JUDICIARY IN THE SYSTEM OF DEMOCRACY COULD NOT BE CONSIDERED PUBLIC AUTHORITIY AS WORKING INDEPENDENT

Politicisation of the democratic set up is a dangerous culture of the ruling system of the country which is related to be maintained by the study of protocol and observations collected from the realisation by the judiciary and irregularities pointed by the judiciary and other institutions working for the welfare of society and circle.In the real sense of the Democracy the parliament and the legislative assembly are required to monitor the situation and problems of the society and circle and frame the arrangement by system of the law and code required for the good governance of the society and circle.As such the administrative authorities are responsible to implement the law and rules as per decision of the parliament and the legislative assembly however they are not supposed to interfere in the administrative reforms without the prior approval of the vote of confidence by the majority in parliament and the assembly but now a days the work of administrative reforms and governance in the public authorities have no line of control and the review and the revision even though the parliament has too empowered the citizen of the country to take utilities and benefits of the RTI act publications so required for the good governance and accountability as well as the transparency in the administration required for the welfare of society and circle to remove the corruption from the society and circle and also to work for the.charter of the public accountability The government must be visilant regarding to verify the facts finding reports collected from the system of the administration and should have action against the defaulters ruining the good governance and the system for service to the all concerned .As such the democracy is  monitored with the working schedule as per the charter of public accountability maintained by the study of impact assessment realised by the administrative authorities and highlighted by the system of judiciary for which the complaint against the defaulters have been empowered to the citizens of this country but it is regretted to point the action on the said complaints lying pending in the system of demand under public utilities however no one is ready to control the situation and problem of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the government being his right to live in the rule of law framed with the provision by constitution of India.
