RTI writing and observations of the findings obtained from the various public authorities under law code manual prefixed by the study of protocol mentioned in the RTI act publications has been a process for producing results of the charter of public accountability and transparency in the administration particularly issued by the government with the empowerment to enjoy the procedure prescribed for the welfare of society and circle more over it is not a burdensome task for a person who want to deliver a message to the society and circle as conveying the sentiments to the the all concerned for use and exercise of the RTI act publications as there is nothing earth - shattering significance to convey to this universe except to work hard and be Social at the moment of necessary sunshine in the life of struggle and sacrifice for the welfare of society and circle. Life is not a bed of roses and never had the comforts that wealth can provide to the human being however every one is working on his own way and no one is ready to follow the path of truth and justice from the system of governance even though the basic concept of the RTI act publication is only to provide the free and fair justice to the common man demanding removal of corruption from the society and circle
