LOSSES DUE TO COVID -19 PANDEMIC:--A demand based supply of manpower is necessary to strengthen the Industrial hub and others working for the economy booster established in the private sector institutions and to meet with the future competitive requirements in the country still facing problems due to covid-19 pandemic.The study of impact assessment realised by the various groups and agencies says that flexibility in the existing labour laws amended is being largely advocated by the entrepreneurs however at the same time it is largely rejected by the various groups and organisations of the labour departments as facing problems in the present conditions and circumstances of the Corona virus due to losses proposed and the retrospectively operation of the rules and governance.There is a need to find the way out and alternative policy measures to satisfy the labour class still facing problems like the livelihood and the reemployment under new labour laws of the governing body working for the welfare of the lower level employment for which the middle competitive,skill enhancing and evolutionary path must be tracked by the government inthe interest of demanded manpower essentially required for the production of ongoing projects and the Industrial establishment.The study made in this behalf by the various agencies has suggested to try more effectively on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained with efforts as necessary for the product specific parks and reemployment under the provision made by the amended labour laws
