PUBLIC AUTHORITIES ARE CREATING DISPARITY AND APPLICATION UNDER RTI IS ONLY THE WAY TO FIGHT AGAINST THE SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE

RTI activists working for the welfare of society and circle since the empowerment of the citizens of country have attained number of informations demanded for the good governance and charter of public accountability as well as removal of corruption from the society and circle and also to bring charter of the factor of equalibirium of the developmental works .It has become general practice of the political parties to work according to their wishes and not to follow the instructions and guidelines of the law code manual as well as the monitoring and evaluation of implementation of the equal opportunity to benefit the overall citizenship demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance by way and virtue of which the RTI act publications have attained the importance to ask for the disparity between the two different zones and class of works even though the government is responsible to protect the rights and benefits of the all however no survey work as found essential by the study of protocol mentioned in the code of practice has been followed by the public authorities and deciding the matters at their own will by ignoring the charter of public accountability which is highly objectionable matter of fact and concern to be maintained by the government.Under these circumstances there is no way out except to follow the RTI act 2005 and raise the issue with the public authorities to enquire into the matter of disparity between the two different zones and class of groups demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance.As such the RTI activists are working for the welfare of society and circle however the class of groups working for the good governance must have appropriate organisation to deal with the public issues so that demand under public utilities may be highlighted before the government as per the schedule under instructions of the project for implementation and denied to the zone of consideration for which RTI act publications have been used and exercised by the class of groups to get justice from the system of governance as creating dispute and disparity between the two different zones and class of the groups
